Being the best so you can live your own life is the ultimate aspiration in life. Living the everyday hustle paycheck to paycheck is never a good environment to live in. You want to have the ability to live your life so you won’t have to live according to other people and submit to the common person’s struggle in life. Everybody nowadays live their entire lives according to what another person wants.
The best feeling is the ability to bring in money for yourself and run your own life. It is a scary world, having the ferociousness to get up everyday and be the best you can be at your craft. It doesn’t matter what you love to do, you better strive to be the best at it. If you aren’t putting in full force, one hundred percent effort into the opportunity every hour after hour, day after day, then what really are you doing in life. Being lazy and not producing everyday
is something that should be changed.
If you have the time to watch tv and gossip about people or events than you sure do have the opportunity to make wins all the time. Take new wins as a good sign, but don’t allow the sign to fool you. Everyday is a new day to take over. If you want something go get it, don’t allow other people or events to take over your life.
Time is the most precious thing that we all have. Each moment that passes by will not come back to you, it’s gone. You aged, and you won’t get to relive those memories that have passed again. You also will not attain those dreams that you have every night, unless you use the time that you have right now very carefully. If you fool around too much and do things that are not necessary to your development, then what is your life really building towards?
I started to have these thoughts start to erupt late in my 30’s.
I was working my 9-5 job for a local business, my boss was my childhood friend, and a local owner of a pool and spa service company. It turns out his business started to become relatively successful in a short amount of time, and he started adding new employees, and growing his income two fold in less than a year. In that time span, he was buying a new house in a nearby high income neighborhood, and I could not have been happier for him.
Just after he moved in, he asked if I could come over after work to help him fix his pool and hot tub, and he would pay me for it. I told him he didn’t have to, I was his friend and I would be happy to do it to hang out at his new house and maybe enjoy a couple beers on the job. He was fine with that and I met him later that evening.
I was living a relatively comfortable life. Had a 3 bedroom house in the suburbs in a nice neighborhood where we all drove pickup trucks and fuel efficient cars to drive to our jobs all over the cities nearby. Worked 5 days a week earning upper middle class wages for a boss that I liked, and I had most weekends off so I could spend time with my friends and family. I was ecstatic getting off work at 5 o’clock, and take the drive to my buddy’s house to enjoy a couple beers and work outside for a little bit. When I arrived, he greeted me shirtless in his bathing suit in a nice driveway in front of his house with a case of beers to greet me with and show him around. He seemed happier than usual and I was excited to enjoy a good time. Continue reading
What better way to start a blog that talks about motivation than one the thing that your day must start with, and which does take some motivation to accomplish, and that is, waking up. Waking up is easy, your body naturally does it, but once you wake up, do you roll out of bed and start your day, or do you soak up the time you are in your bed more than you need. What is there that gets you out of bed? Is there a driving force of why you should get up today. The thing I have noticed when waking up each day was preparing to have a reason to get up early in the morning when I go to sleep the night before. By setting myself up with a task that needed to be done early in the morning, I had a reason that I needed to get out of bed. Back when I worked a job or went to school, my motivation for getting up punctually was to avoid confrontation and repercussions of showing up late somewhere. By creating or using a reason that you have to get up to help you get out of bed can help you spring out of bed with a reason.
